About the Hepatocellular Carcinoma Radiomics (HCCR) Workgroup:

The Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia, in collaboration with the Arlington Innovation Center: Health Research at Virginia Tech, is developing a Center of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence in Medical Imaging (AIMI). The Center aims to advance a disciplined transformation of medical imaging service to the next level of excellence in serving the Veteran community and contributing to American citizens' well-being. As part of this initative, an initial priority research project has been selected involving Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC). The Hepatocellular Carcinoma Radiomics (HCCR) Workgroup has formed as a result and meets bi-weekly to collaborate and discuss research findings.
